Platform-Agnostic Resource and Application Profiles for Heterogeneous Cloud–Edge–Device Orchestration

Orchestration across cloud, edge, and device environments requires consistent and machine-readable representations for both resources and applications. This paper presents a platform-agnostic, schema-validated profiling approach that prioritizes deterministic validation and operational compatibility in control-plane critical paths.
