Swarms Projects Workshop in Bruxelles

On 5 November, EUCloudEdgeIoT held a Swarm Workshop in Brussels, gathering thoughtful industry leaders, innovators and policymakers to look into recent advances in cloud systems, edge computing and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.

HYPER-AI and ENACT were kindly asked to share insights on the Cloud cluster HORIZON-CL4-2023-DATA-01-04, focusing on Cognitive Computing Continuum: Intelligence and Automation for Better Data Processing (RIA).

The meeting reviewed the progress of swarms technologies while considering the cluster's broader aspects, along with valuable insights and work from related clusters.

The participants also worked together to map out next steps for computing continuum development and suggest important actions for those involved.

Among those attending were members of Coordination and Support Actions (CSAs), including UNLOCK-CEI, Nexusforum, HiPEAC and Discover US, alongside European Commission representatives, coordinators from the five swarms projects, MetaOS team members, and project review specialists.
